  • Hey Webmasters! New Photo Album Service Launched - Check it out!
Remember, in order to make the Tea Party a highly duplicative process, they must be uniform and simple. After a brief (5 minute) Welcome and Introduction, play the edited 30 minute Voter's Guide DVD. This well done DVD was put together by our friends from the Utah Constitution Party and gives a powerful case for the need of a Third Party to bring competition to the failed Two Party System at the Ballot Box. The only editing that was done by permission was the short reference to the Utah Party which now makes this a generic version to be used in any State. We also have permission to duplicate this DVD and each Tea Party Host therefore needs to duplicate enough copies to hand out to each person who attends.
After the DVD, give a brief presentation on why the Constitution Party and what makes us different from the rest. Then give a brief explanation as to what it took to purchase America's freedom, who is supposed to maintain that freedom, and if we don't do it, what will we be leaving our children? Then issue the challenges including joining, paying dues, and getting volunteers to host their own tea party. From beginning to end should not take more than an hour. Anything past this will be too drawn out and will discourage future participation. Remember - Keep it Simple.

Texas Tea Party Outline

A proven method of growing grassroots chapters is to have get togethers at prospects’ homes. Ask them to host a tea party where their responsibility will be to provide light snacks, coffee, and tea (wouldn’t be a tea party without tea).

This is a non-threatening and informal way to get to know like-minded people with a presentation and invitation to join, a challenge for those who join to host and schedule their own Tea Party, and schedule follow up parties to be held at least once a month. The follow up parties will include activities the members can participate in such as educational, challenges of members to run for office, campaign planning, ballot access petition drives, etc.

One or two members would give a presentation and a challenge. The presentation should include:

Opening Prayer

A brief welcome and introduction (3 or 4 minutes)
